You will:

- Lead renewals, upsells and account expansion within the existing client base
- Drive utilisation, forecasting and commercial rigour
- Act as Executive Sponsor across key enterprise accounts or projects
Who We're Looking For
This role is perfect for you, if you have:
- Led an IT Consultancy or Professional Services function at enterprise scale.
- Owned a Services P&L.
- A commercial mindset and you are comfortable taking real ownership for revenue, margin and client growth.
- Credibility and confidence to operate at C-suite level and act as a trusted executive partner to senior stakeholders.
And you understand how to:
- Deliver complex programmes on time and on budget
- Drive measurable ROI for enterprise clients
- Build forecasting and governance structures that scale
- Turn strong client relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
Why Join Lokulus
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a commercially significant Executive role within a 20-year established enterprise software business, and build a services function that truly drives revenue, retention and strategic impact. We are offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. We're ideally looking for someone who enjoys working in the office; however, we do offer hybrid working.
