Lokulus is a small UK-Enterprise Software business based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire (UK). We have spent the last 20 years creating innovative technology that helps our clients deliver exceptional service across their customer-facing teams through to fully AI-driven consultancy and automated workflows. We have a particular focus on insurance, travel and retail.
We’re hiring a Delivery Manager to take ownership of our key client accounts, ensuring delivery is controlled, commercially sound and aligned to business priorities. You will sit at the centre of delivery, working closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales and Finance to ensure what we deliver is structured, controlled and commercially viable.
You have worked in a Service Delivery, PMO or client-facing role, with a technology or software environment. You’ll also need to be good with data and numbers and be comfortable tracking spend against budgets and making sure we aren’t over delivering without commercial coverage in place.
- Own and manage key client accounts with confidence and control.
- Deliver clear reporting on performance, utilisation and resource planning.
- You’re commercially aware, detail-focused and comfortable working with data, forecasting and utilisation.
- You bring structure, discipline and accountability to how delivery is run.
