We have spent the last 20 years creating innovative technology that helps our clients deliver exceptional service across their customer-facing teams through to fully AI-driven consultancy and automated workflows. We have a particular focus on insurance, travel and retail.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re hiring a Delivery Manager to take ownership of our key client accounts, ensuring delivery is controlled, commercially sound and aligned to business priorities. This role will play a critical part in how we manage and grow our most important clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered effectively, clients are managed professionally and internal teams are protected from unnecessary demand. You will sit at the centre of delivery, working closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales and Finance to ensure what we deliver is structured, controlled and commercially viable.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

You have worked in a Service Delivery, PMO or client-facing role, within a technology or software environment. We need someone personable, but who is assertive and tough enough to say “no”. You will also need to be good with data and numbers and be comfortable tracking spend against budgets and making sure we aren’t over delivering without commercial coverage in place. We need someone who is motivated by facts, logic and hitting targets.

In essence, you will know how to:

  • Own and manage key client accounts with confidence and control
  • Stay across support tickets and ensure the right work goes to the right teams
  • Push back on out-of-scope requests and ensure they are handled as billable work
  • Track spend against budgets and own PO burn-down effectively
  • Deliver clear reporting on performance, utilisation and resource planning

Most importantly, you know when to say no — and how to do it professionally. You are commercially aware, detail-focused and comfortable working with data, forecasting and utilisation. You bring structure, discipline and accountability to how delivery is run. You are personable and credible with clients, but firm enough to hold boundaries and protect the business.
