About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and discreet Personal Driver to support the transportation needs of a private family office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the Principals while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation for Principals to business meetings, personal appointments, social engagements, and airport transfers.
- Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, servicing, inspections, and coordination of repairs.
- Assist with errands, deliveries, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding family office, business, and personal matters.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and expenses.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably supporting private families and senior executives.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic patterns, and key locations.
- Excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality and courteous manner.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Physically fit and able to assist with luggage, packages, and occasional errands.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
- Experienced and comfortable driving various vehicle types, including MPVs, luxury sedans, SUVs, and electric vehicles, with the ability to adapt to different vehicle sizes and specifications.
Additional Information
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside standard office hours are essential.
- Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.

Salary range
- S$3,000 to S$4,500 per month, with 1 month fixed bonus.
