About
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build and improve the products and systems behind the company.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, other engineers, and stakeholders to identify and solve meaningful customer problems, improve existing experiences, and shape what we build next.
Each of our engineering teams owns a product domain at the company, from vision to delivery.
Teams talk to customers, uncover their pains and needs, define their own goals, and choose how to solve the problems that matter most.
We're hiring across multiple domains, so you'll own a real piece of the product and see your impact firsthand.
We're building an AI-native engineering culture where engineers take ownership of problems, not just implementation.
We expect you to question assumptions, challenge decisions, contribute to product direction, and find better ways to solve customer problems.
You will use AI throughout the development process to move faster without compromising quality.
Your responsibility doesn't end when code reaches production.
You'll care about whether what we built actually works, delivers value, and solves the problem we set out to address.
- You Will
- Own problems end to end, from discovery and design to production and iteration. You take initiative instead of waiting to be told.
- Build, test, and maintain features across the stack, with clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Build modern applications with React, Tan Stack Router, and modular-react on the frontend, and Node. js, Fastify, Drizzle on the backend.
- Work in a Dockerized Type Script environment with Vitest and Playwright for testing.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape what we build, focusing on outcomes for customers rather than sheer output.
- Champion AI-native engineering across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and help the team raise the bar on speed and quality.
- Run what you build by taking part in the on-duty rotation for the services you're responsible for and leading the improvements that keep them reliable.
- Mentor other engineers and champion engineering excellence.
- You Must Have
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production software, with strong hands‑on experience in Node. js, Type Script, and React, and the ability to work across different systems and technologies.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals: modern frontend architecture (component design, state management, performance), API design, message queues (SNS/SQS, Rabbit MQ, or similar), relational databases (Postgre SQL or similar), and cloud (AWS or similar).
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar).
You've developed effective ways of working with AI to move faster, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality software.
- A strong product engineering mindset. You build with the customer in mind and measure success by the impact you deliver, not the tasks you close.
- A strong sense of ownership. You're self‑driven, proactive, and accountable for results well beyond the merge.
- Strong collaboration skills.
You work effectively with engineers, Product, Design, and other stakeholders to solve problems together.
You share knowledge, give and receive constructive feedback, challenge ideas respectfully, and help others succeed.
- A track record of leading complex projects end to end, from technical design to production rollout.
- Strong quality and testing habits (unit, integration, and beyond) that let you ship fast without breaking things.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine drive to keep learning in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
- It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience working in an open‑source community as a maintainer or a contributor.
- Familiarity with the localization industry and software localization.
- Our Benefits
- Competitive salary and employee stock options.
- Fully remote setup with flexible working hours.
- Co‑working budget — for those days you want a change from your home office.
- Flexible vacation policy to recharge when you need to.
- Home office setup budget — monitor, desk, ergonomics, whatever helps you do your best work.
- Learning & development budget to grow your skills and career.
- Health insurance to keep you covered.
- Wellness allowance to support your mental and physical well‑being.
- Great startup culture — remote but close-knit, with regular retreats and social events to stay connected.
We are committed to a culture of inclusion and equal opportunities.
Therefore, we welcome applications from people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, personal expressions, relationship, marital, or civil partnership statuses, racial identities, national or ethnic origins, religious beliefs, ages, and disability statuses.
