Our team is growing, and we're looking for a new Account Manager to support our Client Services Team covering the EMEA markets.
Client Services team
The team holds overall responsibility for delivering the creative output across client campaigns. Account Management plays a key role in ensuring projects run seamlessly, maintaining oversight of every stage of the campaign while collaborating with specialist teams and external partners. Acting as both facilitators and brand guardians, the team safeguards the integrity of the creative direction and ensures that the brand's creative vision is brought to life.
The team has three core functions:
- Manage client relationships, creator collaborations, budgets, and timings throughout all campaign workflows.
- Serve as the key point of contact, bringing the right expertise at the right moment to ensure seamless teamwork.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality creative work alongside exceptional operational and service standards.
What you’ll do day to day:
Campaign Management
- Lead the day-to-day campaign delivery with a solution-oriented and collaborative approach, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
- Manage client relationships and be the main point of contact for your accounts.
- Track and manage campaign budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop clear and inspiring creator briefs and oversee creator selection to match brand goals.
- Provide strategic and actionable insights during internal and client meetings.
- Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, delivering wrap reports with strategic recommendations.
Creator Management
- Oversee creator sourcing to match brand goals, drive effective negotiations, contracting and creator onboarding across multiple campaigns.
- Manage communications with creators for multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure that creators are responded within 24-28h across all campaigns.
- Build and nurture industry relationships with creators and talent managers.
Creative Oversight
- Oversee & develop clear and inspiring creator briefs.
- Be a content guardian ensuring creator concepts and content are on brief, accurate, compliant with IP and disclosure guidelines and client-ready.
- Ensure that relevant and detailed feedback and recommendations are provided to clients across all concepts and content.
Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, delivering wrap reports on time and with recommendations and learnings providing value to the client.
- Participate in account planning, proposals, strategies and pitches as and where needed.
Problem-Solving & Line Management
- Approach challenges with proactive solutions before escalation.
- Manage, develop and mentor Account Executives, support with career path and goal setting.
About You
- Experience in an agency setting, ideally within influencer marketing.
- Professional level English (written and verbal).
- Multiple languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, local culture, consumer behaviour and a deep understanding of influencer marketing, platforms, metrics, and benchmarks.
- Have strong detail-oriented communication, negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in executing paid creator marketing initiatives.
- Strong social skills, an outgoing nature, and the ability to build strong relationships with creators and clients.
- Experienced in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Reliability. Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Have the ability to multitask and handle multiple campaign timelines, creator and client communications simultaneously.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong experience in Google Suite and Excel.
- Experience with gaming campaigns is welcome, but not required.
