Leveraging cutting-edge technology and a network of influential creators, we craft campaigns and empower brands to unlock the full potential of creator marketing, transforming how they engage and resonate with audiences around the world. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a new Account Manager to support our Client Services Team covering the EMEA markets.

Client Services team

The team holds overall responsibility for delivering the creative output across client campaigns. Account Management plays a key role in ensuring projects run seamlessly, maintaining oversight of every stage of the campaign while collaborating with specialist teams and external partners. Acting as both facilitators and brand guardians, the team safeguards the integrity of the creative direction and ensures that the brand's creative vision is brought to life.

Drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality creative work alongside exceptional operational and service standards.

Campaign Management

  • Manage client relationships and be the main point of contact for your accounts.
  • Track and manage campaign budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop clear and inspiring creator briefs and oversee creator selection to match brand goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, delivering wrap reports with strategic recommendations.

Creator Management

  • Oversee creator sourcing to match brand goals, drive effective negotiations, contracting and creator onboarding across multiple campaigns.
  • Build and nurture industry relationships with creators and talent managers.

Creative Oversight

  • Be a content guardian ensuring creator concepts and content are on brief, accurate, compliant with IP and disclosure guidelines and client-ready.
  • Ensure that relevant and detailed feedback and recommendations are provided to clients across all concepts and content.
  • Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, delivering wrap reports on time and with recommendations and learnings providing value to the client.
  • Participate in account planning, proposals, strategies and pitches as and where needed.

Problem-Solving & Line Management

  • Manage, develop and mentor Account Executives, support with career path and goal setting.

Professional level English (written and verbal). Multiple languages are a plus. Strong knowledge of social media trends, local culture, consumer behaviour and a deep understanding of influencer marketing, platforms, metrics, and benchmarks. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities. Strong experience in Google Suite and Excel.
