This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Partnerships Manager, Marketplace Partnerships, joining our Channels & Alliances team.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our Marketplace program, sourcing, onboarding, and managing strategic partners that offer complementary customer services and tools. Your work will focus on building a thriving partner ecosystem within Remote platform — delivering additional value to our customers, expanding revenue opportunities, and supporting scalable global employment solutions.

What you bring

  • Solid experience in channel partnerships in HR Tech, Fintech, or SaaS industry, with a strong focus on driving innovation and unlocking new business models;
  • Relentless focus on building or managing internal marketplaces or ecosystems in a B2B SaaS environment;
  • Track record of negotiating strategic contracts and generating meaningful pipeline and revenue through partner collaboration;
  • Proven ability to ideate and execute on high-impact co-marketing initiatives;
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organization;
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly AI, and a passion for remote work in a globally distributed, high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Remote Marketplace partnerships, identifying and integrating complementary partner solutions.
  • Develop and drive partnership strategy and execution, with the outcome of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role includes an existing book of business and will also require additional new partner qualification and growth.
  • Market research to identify and evaluate new potential Marketplace partners across various industries by following market trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic Marketplace partnership opportunities, establishing key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of the partnerships.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to define and deliver seamless partner integrations within the Remote platform that enhance user experience and solve critical customer needs.
  • Ideate, launch and optimize co-marketing and promotion opportunities to drive leads, as well as drive revenue to partners through reselling.
  • Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market strategies, and work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for partner onboarding and lifecycle management, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous growth within the partner ecosystem.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $50,900 to $114,450 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
