What this job can offer you
This role offers the opportunity to take full strategic ownership of a global B2B affiliate ecosystem, where you will move beyond simple management to architect a comprehensive growth engine. You will have the unique chance to sit at the intersection of marketing and technology by designing and implementing AI-driven automation frameworks that redefine how we scale. As the primary owner of our Impact.com platform, you will directly influence the company's bottom line by optimizing commission structures, maximizing ROAS, and curating high-impact partnerships across multi-language markets. Working closely with our creative teams, you'll ensure our brand's narrative is high-converting and compliant, all while positioning yourself as a pivotal leader in a sophisticated, data-driven SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global affiliate strategy aligned with overall company growth and revenue objectives.
- Own performance goals for the affiliates function and their adherence to targets performance metrics.
- Manage the affiliate platform, including tracking, reporting, and commission payments.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks in the affiliate space.
- Strategically curate a high-impact B2B partner ecosystem.
- Optimize our affiliate commission structure to maximize ROAS and LTV.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with top-performing affiliates through proactive communication, support, and appreciation.
- Work with the content and design teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date and high-converting marketing materials (banners, links, email templates, etc.).
- Ensure all affiliate activities are in compliance with brand guidelines and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
What you bring
- Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment.
- Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Impact.com.
