About IFT: IFT is a pioneering force in the Web3 ecosystem, committed to the development, adoption, and accessibility of solutions to digital age problems; guided by our principles: liberty, censorship resistance, security, privacy, and inclusivity. We care deeply about open source, and our organisational structure has minimal hierarchy and no fixed work hours. We believe in working with a high degree of autonomy while supporting the organisation's priorities.

Under IFT are a number of projects including Logos which is where this fundraise will be focused.

Direct impact: Your network and execution skills directly fuel our growth.

Existing backers: Backed by substantial historical capital deployment with clear thesis alignment.

Clear path to success: Defined metrics, proven product-market fit, and ready-to-deploy capital.

Mission-Driven Role: We’re seeking a driven, personable Fundraising Manager who thrives on daily outreach, to help us successfully fundraise for Logos and explore institutional avenues for future funding with HNWI, family offices, and institutions that have an interest in confidential infrastructure for wealth management.

This is a sales role with direct P&L impact: you’ll own the entire capital raise process, from crafting high-conviction narratives to closing commitments and managing post-investment relationships. You’ll refine and polish our pitch deck and data room, proactively reach out to investors from your own network alongside cold outreach, and speak with potential investors daily to build relationships and move conversations forward.

Success is measured in capital secured, LOIs signed, and investor commitments converted. If you’re someone who is comfortable with pure sales, thrives on outreach, builds rapport quickly, and has an existing or emerging investor network interested in Web3 and digital assets, we’d love to hear from you.

Why This Role Is Different: Unlike traditional IR roles, you’ll function as a capital markets operator, leveraging hybrid Web3 instruments including SAFTs and building relationships with crypto-native angels, VCs, family offices managing digital asset allocations, and institutional allocators seeking privacy infrastructure exposure.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future success of IFT, who has been operating as a blockchain venture studio, and comprises a number of web3 infrastructure projects. We are looking for an individual to help further develop and execute our fundraising plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Considerable experience in Web3 technology, a deep understanding of the investor landscape, and a proven track record of closing deals across different funding rounds, successfully communicating with and engaging investors in a nascent industry.

Key Responsibilities (Execution-Focused):

  • Fundraising Execution (70% of role): Refine and execute a comprehensive investor engagement strategy that aligns with project goals across Co-founders & multiple teams.
  • Structure hybrid financing instruments: grants, SAFEs, token warrants, convertible notes, and direct token allocations.
  • Translate complex privacy technology into high-conviction investment narratives for institutional allocators, crypto VCs, HNWIs, and family offices.
  • Proactively seek out new investors through cold outreach & network leveraging (80% of time actively prospecting and building relationships).

Investor Network Management (20%):

  • Maintain 50+ active investor relationships through structured touchpoints, milestone updates, and strategic calls.
  • Serve as the primary touchpoint for investor inquiries, coordinating earnings calls, AMAs, and investor events alongside Co-founders.
  • Develop investor confidence by communicating financial performance, progress toward milestones, and future plans with transparent, consistent messaging.
  • Map and activate investor value-add beyond capital (technical partnerships, ecosystem integrations, governance participation).
  • Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and regulatory-compliant communications.
  • Track valuation benchmarks (FDV/MC ratios, TVS growth) for privacy infrastructure projects and comparable Web3 infrastructure.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and best practices affecting digital asset fundraising across key jurisdictions.
  • Provide real-time feedback to product and leadership teams on investor sentiment, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM cadence and pipeline hygiene to enable data-driven fundraising decisions.

What you bring:

  • Experience in, and a passion for Web3, and its potential to change the world.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Sales DNA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations/sales, with an existing network of crypto VCs, family offices, or digital asset allocators including quota-carrying sales, business development, or capital markets roles.
  • Solid understanding of the investment landscape and experience working in-house with growth-stage start-ups / scale ups and infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record closing funding in Web3 fundraising – preferably infrastructure projects.
  • Deep familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring communities and investors.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail & a blend of financial markets knowledge.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing investor relations programs (preferably in Web3, including deep understanding of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and privacy tech).
  • Negotiation and analytical skills including structuring competitive deals while maintaining momentum and an understanding of financial models, valuations, and tokenomics.

The Right Mindset:

  • Hunter mentality: Comfortable with 50+ cold calls/emails per week.
  • Ownership: Treat investor capital as your own; protect valuation and terms aggressively.
  • Speed: Move from intro to term sheet in.
  • Resilience: Rejection is 80% of the job; you thrive on converting the 20%.
  • Experience working for an open source organization.
  • Previous experience in hedge funds, pooled investments and fundraising for infrastructure projects.
  • Financial fluency in other languages.
  • Background in Computer Science, Finance or Political Science.
  • Passion for network states, parallel societies, or alternative governance models.

Don’t worry if you don’t meet all of these criteria, we’d still love to hear from you anyway if you think you’d be a great fit for this role. Just explain to us why in your cover letter.

Compensation: The expected base compensation range for this role is negotiable, dependent on how we assess your skills and experience throughout our interview process. This role will have a performance bonus incentive. We are happy to pay in any mix of fiat/crypto.

Hiring process: The hiring process for this role will be: Interview with Pepper from our Talent team, Interview with Carl, Status Co-founder, Interview with Roxana (IR) or Kaushal, Head of BD, Compensated Task, Interview with Agata (CLO) or Adam (CFO). The steps may change along the way if we see it makes sense to adapt the interview stages, so please consider the above as a guideline.
