Logoplaste UK is currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader in the Injection Department. Reporting directly to the Production Manager will be required to work as an integral part of the Production Team and be able to demonstrate a good hands-on approach, including administrative tasks. This recruitment process is confidential.
Key Tasks & Activities
- Maintaining a safe working environment & managing the team on a day-to-day basis. Keep the daily operations of the organization flowing smoothly. Providing support, direction, and assistance to the team in all areas.
- Accurate recording of material, documentation, and product movements including the understanding of P&G schedules, and completion of production run plans.
- Responsible for actively managing any capability or conduct issues and following through with formal processes and procedures.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience:
- Have a broad range of experience in different areas of Production.
- Knowledge of our Production System is advantageous.
- Experienced in Logoplaste’ s production and supply processes.
- Demonstrate recognized levels of competence that are consistent with the role.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You will have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety.
Interpersonal Skills
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude always.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential for this position.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization.
- Effective communicator at all levels across all departments.
- Effective trouble shooter.
- Full training will be given to the right candidate.
