Location: Nottingham and surrounding area

Salary: £27,000 + Car Allowance + Mileage paid in line with internally communicated rates

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

About the role:

This is a field-based position where you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of stores within your territory. You’ll focus on improving product availability, visibility, and compliance, using data and strong in-store relationships to drive results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete all scheduled store visits across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with in-store decision-makers
  • Improve product availability, visibility, and compliance
  • Merchandise stock and implement point-of-sale materials
  • Secure additional display space and promotional activity
  • Use data and insight to identify and resolve issues
  • Order stock where possible to drive sales
  • Accurately capture visit data using a mobile reporting app
  • Share insights, feedback, and best practice with the wider team
  • Monitor competitor activity, including promotions and new products
  • Manage your own diary and travel efficiently to maximise coverage

What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
  • Ability to travel across a designated territory
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail
