Salary: £38,000 + up to 10% OTE with Car Allowance or Company Car & Mileage Covered

We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Manager to lead and support a high-performing Field Marketing team across the North of England and North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Field Marketing professional with agency experience to play a key role in delivering exceptional service for major FMCG clients while developing and supporting our field teams in the field.

The role is primarily field based, with regular travel across the region to support and develop the team, alongside occasional visits to our Nottingham office.

The Role

Reporting to the National Field Manager, you will work closely with internal teams including Account Management, Commercial, Operations and Resourcing to ensure our field teams consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will be responsible for supporting, coaching and developing our fixed & flexi field team colleagues through regular store visits and direct engagement in the field, ensuring they deliver best-in-class execution while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting Field Marketing teams across the North of England and North Wales
  • Conducting regular field visits, coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensuring field teams operate within company and client guidelines
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs within agreed timescales
  • Ensuring all field staff maintain mandatory training
  • Building strong relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings when required
  • Working closely with the National Field Manager, Head of Field Capability, Account Managers and Operations team to ensure excellent campaign delivery

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Field Marketing teams
  • Strong people management and coaching experience
  • Proven experience managing field performance and delivering against KPIs
  • Experience working with major retail or FMCG clients

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Territory Coverage

This is a field-based role, covering key cities and surrounding areas including: Manchester and Greater Manchester, Liverpool and Merseyside, Leeds and West Yorkshire, Sheffield and South Yorkshire, Yorkshire region, Cheshire, Lancashire, North Wales, South Lakes.

Regular travel across the region is required to visit and support field teams, with occasional visits to our Nottingham office.
