Location: North London and surrounding area
Salary: £30,100 + Car Allowance + Mileage paid in line with our internally communicated rates
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

About the role
This is a field-based position where you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of stores within your territory. You’ll focus on improving product availability, visibility, and compliance, using data and strong in-store relationships to drive results.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete all scheduled store visits across your territory.
- Build strong relationships with in-store decision-makers.
- Improve product availability, visibility, and compliance.
- Merchandise stock and implement point-of-sale materials.
- Secure additional display space and promotional activity.
- Use data and insight to identify and resolve issues.
- Order stock where possible to drive sales.
- Accurately capture visit data using a mobile reporting app.
- Share insights, feedback, and best practice with the wider team.
- Monitor competitor activity, including promotions and new products.
- Manage your own diary and travel efficiently to maximise coverage.
What we’re looking for:
- We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
- Ability to travel across a designated territory.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail.
