We are a provider of Schoolwear and we have a temporary job opportunity for an Office Admin Assistant. The job would be 3 days a week with option for overtime and would be a temporary contract for 4 months. Ideally, we require a start date of around 18th May.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone
- Process and manage customer orders
- Create and update sales orders accurately within internal systems
- Maintain and update the online shop, including product listings and information
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the team
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Essential
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities - Essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy - Essential
- Confident using a computer and Microsoft office software word and excel - Essential
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment – Preferred
- Previous customer service or administrative experience - Preferred
- Sage software experience for sales orders and invoicing – Helpful
