We are looking for a e-Invoicing Business Analyst to join our team for a multinational leader in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse country-specific e-Invoicing mandates and assess their impact on business processes, system integrations and invoice data models.
- Perform gap analyses to identify the changes required to meet regulatory, semantic and syntax requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Define, document and validate business, functional and data requirements, ensuring alignment between Finance, IT teams and external service providers.
- Define and maintain data mappings between source systems, orchestration services and e-Invoicing platforms.
- Support the implementation of country-specific e-Invoicing mandates, including invoice validation, clearance, reporting and transmission requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners to understand tax-channel requirements, validation rules, message flows and acknowledgement processes.
- Document end-to-end invoice flows, including data transformations, lifecycle events, status updates and regulatory responses.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new countries and legal entities, ensuring that systems, data mappings, compliance requirements and operational processes are ready.
- Act as the key liaison between business, technology and external service providers.
