Our client is in the Non-For-Profit sector with 5000+ staff across 8 regions and is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to own and optimise a high-impact supporter engagement platform. This is a technical operations role for someone who thrives in SFMC - building journeys, managing data, automating campaigns, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud BAU operations
- Building automated journeys in Journey Builder
- Creating audience segmentation using SQL Data Extensions
- Developing personalised email templates with HTML/CSS AMPscript
- Monitoring integrations, imports, and platform performance
- Managing Jira ticket queues and supporting internal superusers
- Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and platform governance
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- SQL and AMPscript skills
- Experience with marketing automation and campaign operations
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
- SFMC Email Specialist certification is a bonus
