Salesforce Data 360 Specialist (formerly known as Data Cloud) is required for a well-known charity based in Westminster, London SW1.

It is essential that candidates wishing to be considered have a current Salesforce Data 360 certification.

The role is almost fully remote working with only two days a month on site in Victoria, London SW1. Therefore, candidates wishing to be considered for this contract must be based in the UK and within commuting distance to the London SW1 postcode (near Victoria station).

We have been asked to find a suitable resource for a leading UK charity who are undergoing a major digital transformation and are therefore looking to on-board a Salesforce Data 360 Specialist on an initial 6-month contract.

About The Role

Joining the charity's Salesforce Centre of Excellence (COE), you will enable and maintain our in-house Data 360 capabilities, driving automated supporter journeys, unified consent management, and the operational foundation for Agentforce innovations.

This will include leading the day-to-day administration, optimisation, and governance of Salesforce Data 360. It is therefore essential that the post holder has hands-on exposure to Data 360 Identity Resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activations.
