Job Title – IT Technical Support Engineer Technical Support Engineer is required to work within a small IT Engineering team based onsite near Bidford, Warwickshire. This role is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote working. You will be supporting up to 200 users that are located onsite and globally. This is an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to be extended or even go permanent in the future. IT Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 4 years\’ experience wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate at interview that they have supported users across the full Microsoft suite including Exchange, Active Directory, M365 Administration, SharePoint admin center and user account creation. 70% of your workload will be supporting onsite users but you will also be able to support users remotely in locations such as: US, China, Europe. It would be beneficial if you had manufacturing industry experience but not beneficial. CISCO Meraki, Infrastructure and Firewall experience would also be considered advantageous.
