I am hiring for a Head of Data and Insight on behalf of my customer, a leading not-for-profit organization with their head offices based in central London. This will be a hands-on engagement, where you will also be responsible for a small team of techies – this will be initially for 6 months.
Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of fundraising. This includes recognizing the various sets of products within fundraising, as our customer is always looking at launching new products. This will require you to have heavy involvement from a data processes, reporting, and launch aspect.
Additionally, you will be technically hands-on with SQL and able to get involved in query coding. You will have exceptional stakeholder management experience and possess the ability to negotiate with stakeholders regarding prioritization—what can wait, and what needs to happen now.
You will be required to gather reporting requirements, including who wants this, what is required, where it is needed, and when. Any experience with Dynamics would be considered advantageous but is not a requirement.
This role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with one day on-site in London per week, and the rest being worked remotely from the UK.
