What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring every movement is handled efficiently, compliantly and with outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Coordinating air, road, courier and multimodal freight movements
- Liaising with airlines, hauliers, suppliers, overseas agents and customers
- Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving delays or service issues
- Preparing and processing shipping documentation accurately
- Providing customers with regular shipment updates
- Ensuring customs and compliance procedures are followed
- Obtaining supplier rates and assisting with job costing
