Ocean Import Operator

Our client is one of the UKs leading multimodal Freight Forwarders. They are looking to fill two roles at the Coleshill, Birmingham office within their Ocean Freight department. Ocean Import Operator * Arranging ocean import shipments * Providing customer with rates and quotations * Keeping customers updated on shipments * Completing relevant documentation Ocean Freight Customer Service * Working closely with operational teams * Liaising with customer and key accounts * Providing solutions to customers queries * Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
