Our client, a global freight forwarding company, is looking to recruit an Export Documentation Clerk to join their Air Freight team. This is an excellent opportunity for either someone with around 2 years experience in export documentation or a junior candidate with knowledge of the shipping or freight forwarding industry who is looking to build a long-term career. Working within a busy and supportive team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing export documentation for air freight shipments while ensuring all customer and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing air freight export documentation
  • Ensuring all shipping paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments
  • Handling shipment files from start to finish
  • Monitoring shipment progress and providing customer updates
