We are currently recruiting for an experienced FCL Import Operator to join a well-established and growing freight forwarding business based in Basildon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in full container load (FCL) imports who enjoys taking ownership of shipments and working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing FCL import shipments from origin through to final delivery in the UK, ensuring all movements are handled efficiently and in line with customer expectations. Working closely with overseas agents, shipping lines, transport providers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining high service levels and smooth operational flow.
