Position: Air Freight Operator / Import & Export
Duties include:
- Liaising with customers and overseas agents.
- Raising Documentation.
- Customer Service.
- Arranging consignments both import and export.
- Working directly with Ocean / Airfreight Manager.
Skills required:
- Candidate must have a good level of education and be a good communicator.
- Good telephone manner.
- Good computer skills.
Additional training will be given in the use of in-house systems. Ideal candidate would have an aptitude for learning and be able to work as part of a team whilst also having the ability to work on their own initiative. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in airfreight.
Salary is completely based on experience.
Hours: 9am β 5.30 pm (1 hour lunch break) Monday β Friday.
20 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays.
