Overview
Our client is a Freight Forwarder based in Sunbury On Thames. They are looking to recruit an experienced Air Freight Export Operator. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience within an Air Freight Export Operations role; experience with Sea and Road Freight is an advantage but is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Handling of air freight export shipments from initial booking, through to documentation and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with UK and overseas offices, agents, and partners
- Providing customer service and looking after Key Accounts
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all job files
- Arranging import & export customs clearances.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience in air exports
- Strong operational knowledge
- Experience in customs systems is highly desirable
