The Team and Role: At Logitech, the Personal Workspace category is a key area of focus as we continue to innovate how people work, create, and connect. Reporting to the Category Head of Personal Workspace, Europe, you will support the Head of Category responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the Personal Workspace categories and help grow this important business.

In this role you will:

  • Use market insights from country organizations to translate global and regional Promo & Category strategies into effective campaigns and activities in European markets.
  • Partner with the GCO Category organization and act as the daily point of contact on portfolio optimization.
  • Manage and integrate key partnerships to amplify the Logitech category and marketing messages.
  • Align strategies, campaigns, execution, and performance KPIs with country leads and country teams.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Personal Workspace, deliver KPIs of products in Personal Workspace, achieving revenue and profitability targets and strategic objectives.
  • Provide the Head of Category with key insights and detailed analysis to support NPI launches for key products in Europe.
  • Drive implementation and execution of campaigns with the Personal Workspace Marketing Manager and country teams.
  • Act as a business partner for commercial aspects of the Personal Workspace category with country points of contact — especially for market performance analysis (GfK), strategy development and presentation, identification of new opportunities, and business performance.
  • Drive cross-country collaboration, share best practices, and adapt successful activities for execution in other countries, channels, or customers.
  • Drive efficient distribution models by proactively supporting and challenging country contacts for key partners in the development of their portfolio, ranges, and space allocations.
  • Conduct regular video call meetings with country points of contact, including Marketing Managers and Account Managers.
  • Conduct regular on-site meetings with customers and country teams (approximately 30–40% travel).
  • Be a brand ambassador for Personal Workspace.

Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:

  • 8+ years of international portfolio and category experience from leading FMCG, CE, or consumer-centric companies.
  • Strong P&L and portfolio awareness, with solid business analysis skills.
  • High strategic capabilities to provide input to global strategic plans and translate them into commercial category strategies.
  • Ability to articulate and commercialize NPIs and engage with both Global teams and countries to ensure strategy execution.
  • Passion for consumer and shopper needs, aligned with strong business dynamics.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure.
  • Experience building brand value, making strategy recommendations, and successfully growing a product line.
