- PIM Platform Management: Drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of the PIM software to support global and regional requirements. Oversee seamless integration of PIM with other critical systems, such as ERPs, DAMs (Digital Asset Management), and e-commerce platforms. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability within the PIM ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary connector between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment on requirements and priorities. Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture, refine, and prioritize user stories and platform enhancements. Proactively communicate status updates, risks, and timelines to all stakeholders. Lead the definition of product data standards, taxonomies, and governance policies to maintain consistency and quality across regions and channels. Monitor product data quality metrics, driving initiatives to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and usability of product information.
- User Enablement & Training: Design and deliver robust training programs and resources to empower PIM users across departments. Actively promote platform capabilities and encourage adoption by showcasing the value and benefits of the PIM solution.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish clear KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the PIM platform. Deliver regular performance insights to leadership and recommend actionable improvements to achieve business outcomes.
