The Team and Role
Logitech seeks a highly motivated, analytical, and collaborative Sr. Finance & Pricing Operations Analyst to join our Europe Logitech for Business (L4B) Finance team. This position plays a critical role in supporting data-driven pricing strategies across our B2B product portfolio to drive profitability and competitiveness. You will also be a key contributor to the implementation of a modern CPQ sales tool in Europe. Reporting to the L4B Europe Finance Manager, you will solve complex business challenges through financial analysis, process improvement, and strategic insights.
Your Contribution
- Operational Pricing Excellence
- Process Enhancement: Evaluate and enhance operational processes/tools to keep Finance and Pricing Ops at the forefront.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Global and Regional Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to enable pricing execution and approval workflows.
- Automation: Identify pricing workflows where automation, simplification, or system enhancements can drive improvements.
- Governance: Maintain pricing governance by documenting core policies and approval procedures.
- Change Management: Support the adoption of new pricing processes and policies across the organization.
- Insights and Impact Reporting
- Data Analysis: Analyze pricing and sales performance data to track revenue and margin impacts.
- Visualization: Develop dashboards and KPIs using Tableau or similar tools to share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Leadership Support: Work with management to derive data-driven insights that influence executive decision-making.
- Pricing Strategy and Enablement
- Methodology: Partner with product category teams to refine pricing frameworks for existing products and new launches.
- Elasticity & Discounts: Conduct in-depth analyses of price elasticity and discount effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence: Support regular competitive pricing reviews and external benchmarking.
- Global Consistency: Identify opportunities to improve pricing consistency across regions and segments.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or equivalent industry experience.
- Domain Expertise: Exceptional experience in pricing, finance, operations, or analytics roles.
- Business Models: Experience in B2B/Enterprise, SaaS, or subscription-based models is strongly preferred.
- Required Skills
- Advanced Analytics: Mastery of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and experience with SQL or Tableau.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to balance tactical tasks with strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong ability to present complex insights in a simplified and compelling way.
- Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting competitor analyses and applying findings to pricing strategies.
