Role Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, driven SMB/SME Channel Sales Specialist to accelerate our presence across key business sectors. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, enabling, and supporting our SMB/SME partners to unlock and close new business opportunities within B2B, Government, Education, and Enterprise sectors. You will leverage your industry expertise to build deep relationships with SMB/SME partner sales, presales, and procurement teams, positioning our innovative IT and cloud peripheral solutions to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual growth targets.

Your Contribution

  • Pipeline & Target Management: Develop, manage, and mature a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with SMB/SME channel partners.
  • Collaborative Lead Generation: Work hand-in-hand with partners to generate, track, and follow up on sales leads while maintaining comprehensive reporting back to the business.
  • New Business Development: Actively identify, negotiate, and close net-new business opportunities within the B2B, Government, Education, and Enterprise markets.
  • Product Strategy Execution: Introduce and pitch new product categories to key partners, executing targeted sales strategies to expand our market share.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally within the IT or cloud peripherals sector.
  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales revenue targets.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial business strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse partner audiences.
  • Language: Full fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Tools & Marketing: Functional knowledge of standard marketing tools to support channel enablement.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding relationship-building capabilities, a collaborative team player mindset, and a solution-oriented, self-driven work ethic.
  • Mobility: Flexibility and willingness to travel interstate as required to support partners and close deals.
