This role will be pivotal in delivering integrated marketing programs that accelerate growth through both our partner ecosystem (to and through partners) and generate awareness directly with enterprise and SMB customers. You will be responsible for building pipeline, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening market share in key Northern European markets. The ideal candidate is an experienced regional marketer with strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of local market nuances, and a proven track record of executing impactful B2B marketing programs in collaboration with sales and partner teams.
Your Contribution: Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviours and values you’ll need for success at Logitech.
In this role you will:
- Regional Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the Northern Europe B2B marketing strategy, aligned with European regional and global priorities. Serve as the marketing lead for the sub-region, acting as the bridge between local markets, regional marketing, sales, and partner teams. Lead a small team of local marketing specialists and agencies to deliver results.
- Partner (To and Through) Marketing: Drive joint marketing programs with key partners, including distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances. Build partner enablement and co-marketing plans that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline. Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) effectively, ensuring ROI and compliance with partner program guidelines. Collaborate closely with the partner sales organisation to align marketing initiatives with channel growth objectives.
- End-Customer Marketing (Enterprise & SMB): Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, ABM, and demand generation) targeting enterprise and SMB customers across priority industries. Localise global campaigns and messaging to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance, and oversee management of local PR agencies. Work with sales and business development teams to accelerate funnel progression and support account‑based programs. Leverage analytics and insights to optimise marketing performance and improve conversion metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional sales leaders and product marketing to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Collaborate with the global and regional marketing organisation including operations, demand gen, and channel marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence. Represent the Northern Europe region in regional and global marketing forums, sharing best practices and success stories.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi‑country marketing role.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports or cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through partner and end‑customer marketing.
- Experience in technology or IT services industries strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing models.
- Native or fluent English required; proficiency in an additional Northern European language (e.g., Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) preferred.
