We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Scheduler to join our training department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of training activities across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the training diary for staff and associate trainers.
- Process booking requests and manage provisional bookings for in-company training courses.
- Arrange external venues for public training courses.
- Act as the first point of contact for all training operations queries.
- Generate reports on public and e-learning course availability.
- Support the management of purchase orders for associate trainers and external venues.
