Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented individual to join our Credit Control team, where you will play a key role in managing our sales ledger and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with the Credit Control team to service a ledger of up to 4,000 accounts.
- Chasing outstanding balances via phone, email, and letter with professionalism and persistence.
- Issuing monthly statements and chasing letters, and supporting other month end processes.
- Handling card payments over the phone and ensuring accurate payment allocation.
- Sending out copy invoices and maintaining up to date debtor records.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve payment issues quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping debtor accounts accurate, including trading status and contact details.

- A confident communicator with a great telephone manner.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and is motivated by meeting targets.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Previous credit control experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will provide full training!
