As a Contract Manager, you will lead revenue growth by managing complex service contracts, overseeing pricing strategies, and preparing competitive quotations. You will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery, provide expert guidance on PCN legislation, and identify new business opportunities. The role also champions the adoption of Vision and represents Logistics UK externally. All while fostering strong member relationships and upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within the PCN business unit by developing and managing complex service contracts with members. This role involves overseeing pricing structures, preparing quotations for prospective members, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing members to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction

  • Contract Management: Develop, manage, and review complex contractual documentation and service agreements, including renewals and performance oversight.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead regular contract review meetings with key PCN customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with service expectations.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Account Managers, the PCN operations team, and the Member Advice Centre to ensure seamless service delivery and up-to-date guidance on legislation.
  • Commercial Insight: Monitor and analyse PCN profiles, assess commercial status, and identify opportunities for savings and new business development.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to product development and promote the adoption of Vision through training and engagement with members.
  • Brand Representation & Values: Represent Logistics UK externally, support marketing initiatives, and consistently embody the organisation\'s core values: Excellence, Dynamism, Togetherness, and Reputation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business contract management, including handling complex service agreements.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and systems.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with a range of digital tools and platforms.
  • Skilled in analysing, interpreting, and manipulating data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of PCN legislation and the related marketplace (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a matrix-management environment (desirable)
