Responsibilities
- Support members in managing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Carry out onsite and remote compliance reviews.
- Deliver workshops and webinars on tachographs, drivers’ hours, and our Vision software.
- Consult with members to understand their needs and create bespoke solutions.
- Present clear management information and guidance to support decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships to retain and grow member contracts.

Requirements
- Interest in transport compliance and a willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Confident communication skills, comfortable presenting to others.
- A professional, adaptable approach to working with customers.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Flexibility to travel (including occasional overnight stays).
- Full UK driving licence.
