Are you a seasoned PSV, PCV, or Bus professional ready for a fresh challenge? Logistics UK is looking for knowledgeable PSV/PCV Inspection Engineers to become part of our respected and expanding Vehicle Inspection Team across London.
As a PSV/PCV Inspection Engineer, you won't be getting your hands dirty with repairs; instead, you will use your technical knowledge to carry out professional audits and maintenance inspections across a wide range of vehicles and equipment. You will be the trusted advisor for our members, helping them stay compliant, understand regulatory changes, and identify areas for improvement. This is a field-based position, with daily site visits to our members across London. You will be out and about, building relationships and supporting some of the biggest names in logistics and transport.
As a PSV/PCV Inspection Engineer your responsibilities will be:
- Plan and organise your work effectively in line with the business scheduling system and policies, including proactive member contact
- Carry out inspections and audits safely, to high standards, and meet productivity and time targets
- Complete all reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain electronic systems and ensure data security is protected
- Engage with members to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions
- Attend training and meetings as required, and support the Regional Operations Manager with additional duties
