Keep operations moving seamlessly across the UK and beyond in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics role. As our Senior Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across the UK and internationally. From coordinating imports and exports to managing carrier relationships and leading a small team of drivers, this role is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience across our wholesale, subscription, and home delivery channels. Working closely with Customer Operations, you’ll thrive in a varied and fast-moving environment where organisation, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate UK and international logistics operations, including import and export activity
- Prepare shipping documentation, commercial invoices, and ensure compliance accuracy
- Manage relationships with carriers and monitor delivery performance
- Resolve delivery issues, claims, delays, and shipping discrepancies
- Plan delivery routes and driver rotas across multiple delivery channels
- Support and manage a team of 6 drivers to maintain service excellence
- Oversee offshore UK deliveries, including Northern Ireland documentation requirements
- Manage fleet compliance, servicing, maintenance, and vehicle procurement
