About Logistics Reply: Logistics Reply UK is a company within the broader Logistics Reply network and is backed by the €2B+ global Reply Group. We provide transformative warehouse, store and supply chain software for retailers, brands and 3PLs.

Logistics Reply has a local presence in seven countries across three continents. We drive innovation with a dedicated R&D team and local consulting resources. Leveraging Reply Group's extensive global network, we expand our geographic reach, whether it’s consulting, cloud services, support, robotics skills, or AI allowing us to implement solutions globally with local presence.

Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, you will play an important role within the Sales Practice. You will work assigned leads, identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that address customer challenges in concert with colleagues. You will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present compelling value propositions, and guide them through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

In collaboration with our wider team, including Pre-Sales and Engagement Management, you will leverage your industry knowledge to position Logistics Reply’s solutions effectively, ensuring they align with the prospective customers' objectives. They play a key role in articulating the benefits of the LEA Reply™ platform, demonstrating its ability to enhance warehouse, store, and supply chain operations.

Beyond securing new business, the Sales function also focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, supporting successful solution adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion or upselling. Through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and customer advocacy, Sales professionals ensure Logistics Reply's solutions deliver maximum value to customers.

Your contractual place of work will be either our London or Manchester office, with a hybrid working policy that allows you to work from home unless required to attend the office for collaboration, meetings, training, reviews, or customer engagements, or to work on-site with customers or prospects as necessary.

Develop tailored sales strategies that effectively communicate the value of LEA Replyâ„¢ and its benefits for warehouse, store, and supply chain operations.

  • Client Relationship Building: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and proposals to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Technical Teams, and Consulting, to align solutions with client requirements and identify upsell opportunities.

Ideally, you will be degree educated with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Candidates at this level will confidently engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor on warehouse, store, and supply chain transformation initiatives. You will be able to translate business challenges into clear solution strategies, working closely with Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to build compelling propositions that demonstrate the value of the LEA Reply™ platform.

Principals are expected to take ownership of complex sales engagements, guiding opportunities from early discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close. You will help orchestrate internal teams to ensure the right expertise is brought into each engagement and that solutions are aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.

In addition to driving revenue growth, Principals will mentor colleagues across the sales and pre-sales community, sharing best practices and supporting the development of less experienced team members. You will also contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen Logistics Reply’s go-to-market approach, including refining messaging, improving sales strategies, and identifying emerging market opportunities.
