In the Deploy phase, Functional Consultants play a pivotal role in Workforce Preparation, ensuring end-users are confident in the system and processes. They play an active role in dry runs/dress rehearsals and assist the customer in cutting over for go live. They support the client during Go Live and Hypercare to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

- Deployment & Support: Lead Workforce Preparation, participate in Dry Runs/Dress Rehearsals, and provide ongoing support during Go Live and Hypercare to ensure a smooth transition.
