Role overview:
You will be responsible for the implementation of a customerâs requirements within the LEA platform with a primary focus on our LEA Reply WMS. Following closely with the structure of a project, you would workshop and design a solution, implement configurations, and test and rollout the system.
The suite includes solutions for Warehouse Management (WMS), a Supplier Portal (âScan & Despatchâ), Dock Scheduling, Yard Management, Hub and Network, Resource Planning, Last Mile, Dropship (Supplier-Direct Fulfilment), In-Store Picking, Store Logistics (RFID) and End-To-End Visibility.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Involvement:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, technical consultants and developers to ensure the successful delivery of our LEA modules.
- Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live.
Client Consultation and System Configuration:
- Understand the clients As Is process and work with the client to define a To Be Process
- Advise clients on system configuration and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Analyse functional and integration needs, translating them into clear technical documentation.
System Changes and Quality Assurance:
- Manage system changes, including scoping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivery.
- Plan and execute quality assurance testing for new features.
Training and Onboarding:
- Train clients on system functionality and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide hands-on support during go-live to ensure successful adoption.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- By taking ownership of these responsibilities, youâll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
About the candidate:
Must-haves:
- 1-3 yearsâ experience working within a related role
- Relevant knowledge of the supply chain and logistics sector.
- Minimum 1 Years Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
