This is a full-time, hybrid Operations Coordinator role based in the UK. The Operations Coordinator will support with:

  • Daily operational tasks
  • Assisting in optimising processes
  • Pricing and procurement
  • Dealings with clients and partners
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring smooth operational workflows

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and streamlining operational procedures to meet the organisation's performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Have a good overview of all modes of transport, air, ocean and land.
  • A defined local network with partners for trucking, ports and ocean carriers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Operations Management, including coordinating logistics and optimising processes.
  • Customer Service skills focused on providing exceptional client support.
  • Proficiency in Administrative tasks and maintaining organisational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with office software and familiarity with logistics or supply chain management tools.
  • Knowledge of the Cargo Wise platform preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under time-sensitive situations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen attention to detail.
