Logistics People are looking for Recruitment Champion to join our team.

Location: Stafford, iForce

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Shifts Available

Position: Recruitment Champion

As a Recruitment Champion for Logistics People, your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check in/check out for current staff
  • Provide Hi Vis to new starters
  • Report attendance to LP Head Office
  • Meet & greet all new starters
  • Warehouse walkaround for new colleagues
  • Registrations
  • Support workers with site issues
  • Reviews with staff
  • Inductions for new starters

Person Specification:

  • Good organisational skills and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • An open and honest communicator, both verbally and written, who will build relationships to influence for positive outcomes
  • Previous recruitment or account management experience is desired
  • Work well independently
  • Good time management skills and able to prioritise a workload
