Role Overview: We are excited to invite applications for the position of Fleet Administrator within our clients dynamic Fleet department. This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations related to the fleet, including fuel card issuance, fleet register maintenance, penalty charge processing, and vehicle logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Issue new and replacement fuel cards, manage cancellations for leavers, and maintain fuel card registers. * Generate fuel reports for high consumption and premium fuel usage. * Update vehicle maintenance records, request documentation from service providers, and file defect reports regularly. * Keep driver files current, including tachographs and logbooks, on a weekly and monthly basis. * Maintain accurate fleet registers using Excel and internal systems. * Analyze and update various fleet reports, liaising with our Fleet Management company as necessary. * Process PCNs and NIPs, action payments and recharges as required. * Provide order numbers to external suppliers and manage delivery or collection logistics for vehicles. * Assist with invoicing queries and handle general administrative duties. * Ensure internal records and databases are up-to-date. Key Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email). * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines. * Innovative mindset with a willingness to drive improvements and propose new ideas. * Detail-oriented and analytical with a proactive approach to tasks. * Strong administrative skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks systematically.
