Logistics People are looking for Recruitment Champion to join our team.
Location: Stafford, iForce
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: £13.21 P/hr
Position: Recruitment Champion
As a Recruitment Champion for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in/check out for current staff
- Provide Hi Vis to new starters
- Report attendance to LP Head Office
- Meet & greet all new starters
- Warehouse walkaround for new colleagues
- Registrations
- Support workers with site issues
- Reviews with staff
- Inductions for new starters
Person Specification:
- Good organisational skills and a willingness to learn are essential
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word & Excel
- An open and honest communicator, both verbally and written who will build relationships to influence for positive outcomes
- Previous recruitment or account management experience is desired
- Work well independently
- Good time management skills and able to prioritise a workload
