- Develop tooling ranging from simple batch utilities to full Windows applications.
- Collaborate with support teams to triage issues and drive solutions forward.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering teams, store operations, and third‑party suppliers.
- Build an in-depth understanding of retail platforms including POS systems, self‑checkouts, and store infrastructure.
- Strong experience with MECM (Current Branch).
- Advanced scripting skills in VBScript, PowerShell, and batch scripting.
- Experience using InstallShield.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and CLI.
- Knowledge of SQL, WMI, and Windows hardware driver technology.

- Experience with C# or VB.NET.
- Prior work within retail technology or device-heavy environments.
Why This Role? You’ll directly impact how thousands of colleagues and customers experience in-store technology.
