What will you be doing?
- Provide 24/7 technical assistance and resolve issues related to Warehouse Management and Material Flow Systems.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and logging issues into the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the support team to write and update technical knowledge base articles.
- Help manage escalations and support customer service through the account management team.
