What will you be doing as a Shift Support Engineer?
- Reset equipment errors caused by product, equipment, or operator issues.
- Support maintenance activities on automated equipment and systems.
- Follow escalation procedures and provide technical support when required.
- Support project and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain site tools and equipment and report any loss or damage.
- Carry out cleaning and hygiene tasks as required.
- Provide clear communication to site teams, management, and support functions.
What are we looking for?
- Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experience.
- Understanding of automation and control systems.
- Engineering qualification such as NVQ, BTEC or City & Guilds.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work a shift pattern and participate in standby cover.
