As a Regional Manager, you will:
- Own senior client relationships across a defined region, acting as the escalation point for service, performance, and commercial matters.
- Lead and influence multi‑site teams to deliver against KPIs and SLAs, keeping communication clear, proactive, and credible.
- Translate customer needs into clear operational plans, continuous improvement activity, and a strong safety culture.

What you will do as a Regional Manager:

- Lead escalations end‑to‑end root cause analysis, customer communication, recovery actions, and measurable close‑out.

- Identify opportunities for added value, including projects, upgrades, and scope expansion, supporting commercial proposals and forecasting.
