Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the DevOps and QA capability across the software function.
- Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, release controls and environment management.
- Establish and maintain a QA strategy covering automated, manual, regression and performance testing.
- Champion a shift-left approach to quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Improve release readiness, deployment confidence and production support processes.
- Introduce meaningful delivery and quality metrics.
- Coach engineers and testers in best practice and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Strong experience in DevOps, QA leadership, release management or software delivery governance.
- Practical experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tooling.
- Good understanding of automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- Experience supporting on-premise software delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge existing processes.
