Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Project Engineering team
- Ensure engineering elements meet time, budget, and quality targets
- Oversee design documentation and compliance with CE/UKCA standards
- Conduct and review critical design calculations
- Collaborate with Controls, Procurement, Installations, and Project Management teams
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team capability
Requirements
- Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Degree preferred; HND/HNC acceptable with relevant experience)
- High competence in mechanical design, CAD (AutoCAD), and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of automation equipment and safety standards
- Experience applying CE/UKCA marks to capital equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
