  • Lead and develop the Project Engineering team
  • Ensure engineering elements meet time, budget, and quality targets
  • Oversee design documentation and compliance with CE/UKCA standards
  • Conduct and review critical design calculations
  • Collaborate with Controls, Procurement, Installations, and Project Management teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team capability

Requirements

  • Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Degree preferred; HND/HNC acceptable with relevant experience)
  • High competence in mechanical design, CAD (AutoCAD), and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of automation equipment and safety standards
  • Experience applying CE/UKCA marks to capital equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
